- Design systems lead. I established and now lead the design system for client facing Private Bank products. This has improved the quality, consistency and efficiency of the products we deliver.
- Accessibility design lead. Currently working to ensure compliance with European Accessibility Act, collaborating with stakeholders across the business (LRC, product, tech).
- Manage a global team of designers across London and Hong Kong who are responsible for key product areas such as online trading and execution journeys.
- Responsible for designing priority product launches such as authentication, messaging, onboarding and navigation. Involved in the end-to-end process from research through to delivery.

- One of the design research team leads, responsible for organising all research including ‘Customer Wednesdays’ (moderated research sessions each week with real customers).
- Drove initiatives for remote collaboration and research during the pandemic.

Before working in software I designed physical products with a consultancy in Glasgow. I led design for clients on a wide range of projects such as medical products, baby furniture, construction, PPE, the circular economy and more.
